Maggie Wallace, CRNP makes quality healthcare simple, accessible, and personal. Our basic primary care membership covers routine checkups and addresses everyday health concerns. With compassionate care and direct access to your provider, you’ll experience a modern, patient-centered approach that puts your health and your time first.

One annual physical if local to Gulf Shores, otherwise visits are virtual. Patients may request additional in person visits for a $250 per visit fee and must be agreed upon by provider.

 

This membership includes:

Chronic care management

Same day or next day appointments, as well as longer appointments  

Direct access during business hours via spruce messaging 

Access to cash pricing on traditional labs and imaging

Direct care does not replace traditional insurance, or the use of specialist that may be important to your care. We encourage patients to have a catastrophic plan, enroll in a healthcare or set up a medical savings account. Direct Care is not a insurance policy.
